oats in the water

American brown ale | 5.4%ABV

Boats, yellow raincoats, even bottled notes. Now in the water you can find oats! This bodacious brown ale is bursting with tasty toasty oats, crispy caramelized cereal grains and exactly one life vest per passenger.

Stranger in the Alps

One part Italian heirloom barley, one part Swiss lager yeast, one damn fine oat soda. This is what happens, Larry! This is what happens when you find a stranger in the Alps!!

smoke Wheat

Hold on to your blunts, BareWolf is back with a fan favorite, and it’s LIT. Hope you ready for the next episode. Da Da Da Da Daaaa!

Helles Lager | 4.8%ABV

Enough is enough. That’s that. This straw-blonde beer is a crisp-and-crushable lager made with 100% premium German pilsner malt for a light body with plenty of character to keep you coming back for more.

Bananas and Blow

It’s been a while since we’ve seen you smile - so wrap your mutilated lips around this ester-bomb, brewed with 50% German spelt instead of boring-ass wheat.  Recommended pairings include mollusks, chocolate & cheese and pure guava.

Cash Rules Everything Around Me

Single-hop Pale Ale | 5.7%ABV

Survival got you buggin? Then do like the Wu: This dope bubble beast is enough to please the sick ass click from Shaolin so you know it’s good for you: Hopped to high hell with heaping helpings of a handsome humulus: Cashmere is the word of the day everyday!

NEW ENGLand iPA | 6.5%ABV

In a galaxy not far far away, a Citra meets a Galaxy, Citra falls in love, Galaxy has a beer. The beer grows up and moves to New England. The beer buys a small house. The folks come to visit and move in. That’s how double dry-hopping works.

cedar-aged bock | 5.7%ABV

Somewhere deep in the steamy jungle between deep gold and bright amber, this bock is lurking patiently, waiting for its next victim.  Aged on pacific red cedar, this bright and crisp lager exudes notes of freshly baked bread, dried fruit, and a fine Cuban cigar box.

This rarely glimpsed beast only surfaces briefly, and when it does, your camera is always on the fritz! This version was aged in Kentucky straight bourbon barrels for a full year, and the blend of select barrels features an intensely fruit-forward character that melds perfectly with all of the woody vanilla and toasted nuttiness we love from oak-aging. This high test libation is so tasty it just might be a conspiracy, and that’s no joke. It’s a hoax. Or is it?

Sins of

our Foeders

Barrel-Aged Dark Sour ale | 6.9%ABV

A delicate blend of malts provides the evocative fruitiness of this dark-hued wild ale. Fermented in Pinot Noir and Rum barrels and matured in French oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for fourteen months, these variants were then blended into our American oak foeder for a final maturation. Tart, earthy, and exuding notes of sour cherry and raspberry, this complex ale finishes dry and tannic.

Patrons are currently required to order food with their first round of beers in MA. Lucky for you, we've got a small menu of tasty treats prepared hot and fresh on-site, plus rotating food trucks, pop-ups, and tons of local delivery options. Our brewery is always BYOF (Bring Your Own Food).
